These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Project 999 (“Service”)
provided by Guildnomics Business Solutions (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By registering,
purchasing, or using our services, you (“Client,” “User”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined
below.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Guildnomics Business Solutions” refers to the provider of the landing page
development services under Project 999.
“Client” refers to the individual or entity purchasing and using the service.
“Landing Page” refers to the single-page website created under this service.
“SaaS” (Software as a Service) means that the Client is purchasing a service, not
ownership of the software.
“Subscription” refers to the ongoing hosting, maintenance, and technical support (if
applicable).
“Third-Party Services” include but are not limited to hosting providers, payment
processors, and domain registrars.
2. SERVICE OVERVIEW
2.1 Scope of Service
Landing Page Development – A fully designed landing page tailored to the client’s industry
and goals.
Hosting & Domain Setup (Optional) – Assistance with connecting the page to a
domain.
Lead Capture & Basic Analytics – Integration of forms, tracking, and analytics.
Limited Revisions – Up to 2 rounds of minor revisions post-delivery.
2.2 Service Limitations The service does NOT include full website development (multi-page websites).
Custom
coding & advanced integrations may be subject to additional fees.
Hosting & domain fees
are NOT included unless explicitly agreed upon.
The Client is responsible for maintaining
their own ad campaigns and traffic sources.
3. FEES, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
3.1 Pricing Structure Landing Page Cost: RM1,575 (One-time payment)
Additional Revisions: RM225 per revision (after the included 2 free revisions)

3.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront before development begins.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or Credit/Debit Card.

3.3 Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued once work has begun.
4. PROJECT DELIVERY & TIMELINES
4.1 Development Timeline Standard delivery is 15 working days after payment and complete client information
submission.
Additional revision requests may extend the timeline by up to 5 working days.
4.2 Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide all required content (text, images, branding, etc.) within 3
days of purchase.
Any delay in submission may result in extended delivery time.
4.3 Revisions & Edits 2 minor revisions (text updates, image replacements) are included for free.
Major structural or design changes after completion may be charged as a new project.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
5.1 Ownership of Content
Client owns the content (logos, images, text) they provide.
Guildnomics Business Solutions retains the rights to the landing page template and
structure.
Resale or redistribution of the landing page without permission is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Use of Landing Page for Portfolio & Marketing Guildnomics Business Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed landing pages in
our portfolio, marketing, and case studies unless the Client explicitly requests confidentiality.
6. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
6.1 Service Termination
Guildnomics Business Solutions may terminate services without notice if:
The Client engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
There is non-payment of additional fees for revisions or hosting.
The Client violates any term in this Agreement.
6.2 Client-Initiated Termination
If the Client chooses to discontinue the project before completion, NO REFUND will be
provided.
7. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
7.1 Performance Disclaimer
Guildnomics Business Solutions does not guarantee specific conversion rates, leads, or
sales.
Landing page success depends on external factors such as marketing strategy, ad
quality, and audience targeting.
7.2 Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing forms).
We are not liable for any disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
7.3 Technical Support & Maintenance
Free bug fixes for 14 days after delivery.
Future updates, modifications, or troubleshooting beyond this period may incur
additional fees.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PRIVACY Guildnomics Business Solutions will not share Client data with unauthorized parties.
The Client agrees to not disclose pricing, strategies, or proprietary techniques to competitors.
Compliance with GDPR, PDPA, and data protection laws applies where necessary.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including
but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyber-attacks, and government
regulations.
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
In the event of a dispute:
1 Parties agree to resolve matters amicably first.
2 If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
11. AMENDMENTS & UPDATES
Guildnomics Business Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients
will be notified of major changes.
